Prevent Sick Children

Moms, foods rich in anti-oxidants could actually help keep your immune system to prevent your child does not get sick.

What is an antioxidant that, Moms? Antioxidants are vitamins, nutrients and minerals that can repair and protect cells from damage and free radicals. Cell damage can trigger the arrival of various diseases, including hazardous as joint inflammation (arthritis), narrowing of the arteries (atherosclerosis) and cancer. Free radicals can also interfere with the immune system.

Any food that contains many antioxidants and favored child?

     Beta-carotene. Broccoli, cantaloupe (melon, orange), corn, mango, tomatoes and watermelon.
     Vitamin E. Mango, papaya, spinach, grapes, strawberries, beans and carrots.
     Vitamin C. Honey Melon (honeydew), mango, papaya, kiwi and potatoes.
     Zinc. Milk and other dairy products, red meat, seafood and poultry.
     Selenium. Beef, poultry and tuna.

Food above, can be used as the main menu, snacks, juice or dessert. Instead, process food by cooking up steaming and avoid overcooking, because the content therein benefits will be reduced. Make sure your child consume the proper dosage it, Moms, excessive doses is dangerous because it can be toxic to the body.
